Need help to identify a Samsung SMD Transistor

I would be more than grateful to anyone who could help me to identify this component.

The attached picture is part of the inverter section for Samsung Power Board BN44-00200A, TV model LN52A650A1F. I have circled in Red the transistor I need to identify. I also have attached a picture of the actual board indicating where is mounted this component. Very close to the transistor is the reference (QI802) which is also referenced on the schematic.

I don't have the service manual for this board, just schematic diagram.
