Hi , Is there any software out there, that will let you design a circuit , and let you see if it works.
no one would or will tell me how to delete this account

Do you mean a simulator like LTspice?

+1 LTSpice

It's fantastic, it's good, it's free; only complaint is the clunky UI but it's not really that bad when you get used to it.

If you haven't heard yet of the massive variety of circuit simulation software, imho, you can't go wrong starting with LTSpice, it'll give you everything you need.  Now, you'll have to learn how to use it :), I recommend a google search along the lines of "Spice software circuit simulator".

On second thought, after scanning your posts etc. you've probably encountered Spice by now.
