Newbie introduction
« on: August 15, 2022, 07:18:06 pm »
Hello to you all,

I am new to the electronics world of repair but enjoy the satisfaction of fixing something and saving it from the landfill.
I'm looking forward to reading lots of posts to try and expand my very limited knowledge and experience.
Having had a little bit of success repairing a sonos play bar and several washing machine pcb's I'm trying to up my game and repair my fluke 1653 which has had a battery leak and eaten a few components....trying to find some diagrams to identify a few components...any help gratefully appreciated.

Anyway, just thought I'd introduce myself,

Mike.

Thank you ED,

I have already found a post by Miele that helped me find the circuit diagram and have found the component values for c332, c372 and R19 which are missing of my tester.
and U309, U310 which had a lot of corrosion on them so will get hold of them and see how it goes.
Great site.

Cheers all.

Great to hear your bring white goods back from the grave.
I've fixed a loads of dumped dyson cylinders- the new motors are a tenner.

Fixing is great!
