Title: NPN SMPS transistor substitute

Cheap Chinese, Ebay sourced 28V at 17 Amps (yeah, right...) SMPS has blown an output transistor and cap. Can I substitute these D13009K originals with these MJW18920 devices, pdf's linked below. Thanks.

D13009K is a clone of MJE13009
