Opinion about LCR T4 result on Triacs BT136

Hi.
I was testing some BT136 Triacs,  that have been used in some projects, using two LCR T4 board, one from fleebay and other from local distribuitor . Both read fine some of the triacs, identifing properly its pins but some of them are being detected as NPN transistors ... Should i assume this ones are faulty or make  a DUT with low power such as a light dimming circuit to check them out?

Edit forgot to place image of the LCR T4.

- LCR T4 H
- LCR T4

Both are powered by NIMH 9V battery same brand and model, not clear about charge status... but results are consistent in both units.

wraper:
It cannot provide necessary current to properly test less sensitive triacs.

Thanks for the reply.  These are from the same manufacture NXP and same model :P So it cannot provide Igate to test them due to tolerances?  About batteries they are  outlet / stock off 9V NIMH battery from local market ...
Maybe i'll test them for real, but was expecting to avoid using these testers... cheapo testers...

wraper:
I guess these are without E suffix. Look into datasheet https://www.promelec.ru/pdf/BT136-600-NXP.pdf, max trigger current can easily be 7 times higher than typical value. Not to say these testers barely provide enough current to  work even with typ. trigger current value. You should consider with a grain of salt anything such testers show.
