Options: ribbon cable

Hi, I have a camera gimble with a torn ribbon cable, this particular cable is said to be impossible to get due to the manufacturer not make supplying this item as a single piece. Only way to get cable is to buy the camera and gimble. Being new in this, I'm not sure what options I have Or if there is any other option ? What would you do ?

Make your own?
Copy it with a CAD package. They are a bunch of cheap manufacturers that happily will make it for an affordable price. Affordable depends on the price of the camera and gimble.
