Ordered DMM hook probe tips, but they're threaded ?
Brumby:
How long did it take you to come up with that one?
(There's always one ... at least)
Annoyed I didn't come up with it first...
radioFlash:
I have an Amprobe probe kit that has the threaded tips, for example the Amprobe TL36A:

Hmm, in the meantime I might wrap some wire or something on there to jam it on a probe.
Oh well, I'm certainly not mailing them back to China
drussell:
My ancient set of Mueller probes that I use on my main meter also has the threaded accessories. I think they're all usually 8-32 thread...

I had the vary same issue. Bought a couple of hooks for 2mm DMM probes from ebay. The photos were very precise in that they were not threaded but indeed they were!
Cannot link 'em as they have disappeared from the bay, replaced by 4mm threaded ones.
I complained to the seller and they partially refunded :palm:
Then I bought a pair of Uni-T DMM probes that were compatible with the hooks ::)
