Oscilloscope digital channel
« on: April 26, 2011, 04:58:19 am »
Very basic question, can i use the digital channel on the oscilloscope to measure pulse from a SG3524 chip or a picaxe output? Is analogue channel or digital channel more appropriate for this purpose?

Thanks

If you're already sure that voltage levels and transitions are correct (and you can check them once and every time anything doesn't seem to be right), then the digital channel could be more comfortable for the purpose, especially because it leaves the other analogue channels free for further measurements.
