oh well , I've seen that deal and I am considering buying it , the meter is used self test OK ,

seller has 98% positive feedback ,

what do you think ?

A fine meter, assuming it's in good condition. Price is a little bit on the high side for within the US, might be OK for your country depending on where you live. Overseas shipping can easily cost $40-50.
