Part identification help

Hi there everyone.... Got a reel of these and I tried looking all over the place for a data sheet or even a picture of one.  It looks like a accelerometer/gyro type thingy.... Hard to use these when I have no clue what they are.  If anyone can shed some light that would be fantastic.  Have a good one all.

Edit - ANother question.... I'm pretty sure it's an accelerometer so are the pin outs for these pretty universal like op amps and such?  I have over 1000 of these so I guess I could just try it out and see what happens.
