Part Identifying

Hi all hope someone can help I trying to repair this board it is for a hot water heater that operates on lpg the part iam trying to identify is the black plastic component it generates the spark that a ignition cable attached to board via a 2.8mm spade there is no spark coming from unit

That'll be the ignition transformer, potted to prevent arcing between winding layers.

These generally aren't "off the shelf", and perhaps the best source would be another heater board.  The few I've seen all have these transformers, but have different footprints, so I'm unaware of any standards here.
