Part substitution
« on: January 08, 2020, 04:13:03 am »
Hi everyone!  I'm new to the forum but I've been following it for a while.  I have a question for all of you knowledgeable folks out there.  I have been troubleshooting and repairing a lot of our Cisco power supplies that have went out and I have a few that are a different model that have bad Mosfets part number IXFH12N50.  I am having a hard time finding them and would like your help finding a suitable replacement.  I can troubleshoot and repair, but when it gets into needing to replace a part like this with a different model, I want to make sure I'm choosing the right thing.  It's a To-247 case.  I appreciate any help you can give me!
