esp32 esp8266 Battery & other Template circuits ?

Hi,
I am beginner Hobbyist in electronics had a project in mind and want to do prototype to production but i have few issues.

Isn't there a Ready made Template of circuits available for basic things such as 5V battery power projects, 3.3v battery power projects.
Because whenever you try to build a product few things are always repeated that is circuits such as Power, Enclosure etc

Since i will be working with nodemcu / esp32 i wanted to have a efficient power circuit which can also support low battery consumption plus deep sleep. But this is so basic need/requirement that someone already made it many times but there is no standardization or database to get it. Or AM i wrong is there one where i can get this ready made available. In short why to reinvent the wheel when it is already invented.

There should be a templating or standardization or database should be available for this. There might be i am just missing it. Can some one guide me in the right direction ?
