PLEASE ADVISE - how do you separate a trackball pcb from the plastic it is connected to.

I have a Dell Inspiron 3737 that has a broken trackpad button so I ordered a new palm rest for it - but it did not come with the trackpad embedded.  It looks like a solid plastic spot for the trackpad pcb to fit into - but there are no catches or plastic edges to keep it there.  How are the trackpad pcb's usually adhered?  Obviously it has to be some sort of close connection I am guessing for the finger to be sensed through the plastic.  Any ideas how I can safely remove the trackpad pcb from the one palmrest and put it into the other one?

I got it, but it wasn't easy.  Heated with a air dryer and pried the trackpad pcb out.
