Please confirm that TTL does not have a special connector

The best that I can tell, TTL does not have a special connector, like USB, or RS232. Looks like there are common colors for the signal wires, but that there is not a particular connector... It appears that DuPont connectors and pin headers are commonly used. Do I have this correctly? Thank you for your help.

TTL is a technology, it has no relationship to connectors.
Nusa:
TTL = transistor transistor logic. Used by itself, it most likely refers to the IC chips from the TTL family.

However, that is clearly not what you're talking about. My guess is you're talking about TTL-level serial connections. And the answer to that is: No, there is no hard standard since it's not generally used as an external interface. You can't even count on the order of the pins to be consistent.

Now if you're talking about a specific PURPOSE of the connector, there may be some standard pinouts that are usually followed, but you'll have to get specific in your question if you want those answers.

Yes, TTL-level serial connections. Thank you for confirming my thinking. I am marking this as "Solved."

FTDI pinout seems to be the most popular - https://www.usbgear.com/images/GM-TTL3VT_pinout.jpg
