Unidentified Device

Hello Everyone
I have been trying to identify a device that I received when I bought some random parts on Ebay. It is a small device about 3mm x 3mm and has a mirror like surface but if you look through a magnifier at the right angle you can see some markings. I have been able to get this information from the device.
1950-1
AP 103
03
060_056
9E TWN
A search on Google did not seem to bring up any relevant information.
The bottom of the device looks like a BGA and this is as much as know about it.
Has anyone come across this device that can help me please.

It's a WLCSP, i.e. a bare die with balls on it.
I think it's
these.
(Newer datasheet
here
.) At least the "AP" would make sense as a marking.

Thank you so much amyk I was beginning to think I would never discover what these things were. At least now I can do a little research into these devices, Not that I will be clever enough to make use of them but you never know.
