Please Help me as soon as possible (Proteus 8.11)

I'm having this problem in Proteus... I think its called a tool bar but, It shrunk on me. I tried reinstalling Proteus I even went to registry editor and deleted Labsenter Electronics. I am using windows 10 pro with Proteus 8.11 running as administrator. Oh and this only happens on the PCB tab thing... Sorry I know I sound pretty dumb I'm just new to Proteus. Sorry in advance :P

Turns out I had to redownload the installer. I was using the same one each time.... |O
