Please help me with my new product
« on: December 20, 2016, 04:06:20 am »
Hello everyone, I would really appreciate any type of help. I'm designing a shell for an air freshener. I would like to know how the circuit will work. How can I use a Samsung 18650 to power an atomizer to burn air freshener scent using a switch that will heat at intervals and be able to recharge the battery using e-cig 510 connect to charge through. How do I wire this, what components do I need?
Thank you in advance, and happy holidays to all!

After much clearing up I have put one of your many posts here in the beginer section. Please do not post the same topic in multiple sections particularly those that obviously don't apply, you will just annoy everyone and if you persist get banned.

So you are basically asking for someone (or multiple people) to design your circuit for you for free, so that you can finish your commercial product?
by the way, It seems you are trying to redesign an e-cigarette... why don`t you just use one of those? just don`t suck on it while being filled with air freshener.

You might want to use a fan too, (or have more fans  :-DD) if using the cigarette idea, which isn't a terrible bad one seen from a design starting point.
Btw, as I recall - most air fresheners use oils, and oils tend to be flammable!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you, won't happen again.

I'm not asking for someone to do it for free, if there is a price to pay I will pay as long as someone helps me.
Regarding your suggestion on just using an e-cigarette that won't work because I have a specific design that it wouldn't work with. That is why I have these specific instructions on how I want it made. Thanks for the suggestion. I really appreciate that.

Usually they also use flammable propellant gas, which results in the living room smelling of very burnt artificial flowers after the latest automated flamethrower experiments. I haven't yet met anybody who deliberately sought to produce that particular stench for commercial purposes but whatever floats his boat, I guess.

Thank you so much for your contribution. Yes the air freshener will be using an oil scent. I will definitely take that into careful thought.

In the past, I have developed new products: the first think to do is to make an inquiry about what already exist on the market.
Did you do this ?
What's the result of this inquiry ?
Buy one of each these products and make a teardown of them to understand how they works and think about how you can do something better and cheaper.
