It is usualy called a "Polyfuse" or a "PTC fuse".  These are self-reseting semiconductor fuses for overcurrent protection.  The correct part number for the Raspberry Pi 3 seems to be MF-MSMF250/X  and should be available through the main distributors such as Mouser, Farnell and Digikey.
