Hello EEV Blog!!
I'm brand new here and this is my first post so please correct me if this isn't quite the right place for this kind of question.
I'm forever using these screw terminals in my little projects
[attachimg=1]
But someone recently showed me those lever-action Wago 221 connectors. At first I was excited because they looked even easier to use and quite aesthetically pleasing but I soon realised they don't serve the same function, so here's what I'm after:
Can anyone point me in the direction of some lever connectors like the Wago 221 with separate solder terminals for each wire hole? Rather than one where all wires inserted are shorted to each other? Does such a thing even exist?
Sorry if this is a dull question but I really don't know and I've tried looking everywhere! Thanks in advance!

As a side-note: It's the 3-part srew connectors i usually use so one of those preferably!

google image search will fin you plenty of different types, e.g.

Wago makes mounting carriers that hold multiple 221 terminals.

The term I believe you're after is "screwless terminal blocks".

You mean terminal blocks?

I personally like these. A bit expensive, but they work well.

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone!
I'll weigh them all up and make a decision.
Cheers again!

Oh, I HATE those.
A pluggable terminal block just seems to extend the problems to another dimension.
If they sold solderable/crimpable cable plugs as an option it would be tolerable.
You get some piece of equipment with the Phoenix sockets on it and you end up with something that has wonkiness at both the sockets and the terminals.
Also, there is no possibility of cable restraint.
If the only possibility for Phoenix sockets is to put a Phoenix plug/terminal adapter in, why bother?

so you can replace a board without f-ing up all the wiring

I have always steered clear of wago, they feel just a bit too flimsy. For playing on the bench, 'multicomp' make loads of flavours. They are inexpensive but ok. https://cpc.farnell.com/search?st=pcb%20terminal%20multicomp also see https://cpc.farnell.com/search?st=pcb%20terminal%20camdenboss cheap and cheerful.
Pluggable are great if you need to quickly swap out a module or board with loads of connections and zero errors. Otherwise they are just another thing to fail and waste your time.
Serious terminators like ferrules on thier wires. I like 'em, but then I'm related to the Earl of Pedantry.

I use On Shore technology (yeah, on shore if you are in China) clones of the Phoenix Contact 2-part screw terminal plugs.
Just for reference, look up Digi-Key part numbers ED2822 and ED2457. I buy these from a local representative for about half the Digi-Key price, but I need to order them 8-10 weeks in advance. When I allow myself to get caught short, I get them from D-K.
