Hantek 2000 s/w missing Visa32.dll anybody faced this issue. ?

Got a Hantek2000 to play with for a few days.
Loaded the s/w from the hantek site.
When I try to run it I get an error message saying. Visa32.dll missing.
Anybody else run into this issue ?.
Yes I used google and google wants me to load NI-Package manager.
Is this normal. ?.
Downloaded the latest software from their web site. For the DSO2000 series.

Ans: Open the help file.
The help file sends you to a link and asks you to download a software. It didn't work even after I did that. Though.
Returned the scope and uninstalled the s/w.
