Hello!
For a bit i have been working on some electric doohickey and the time will soon come were it has to be put in a neat box.
I am using a Chinese DCDC converter, it seems to be manufactured by Minghe, sold as Dps-3806.
The MingHe B3603 has been discussed at great lengh here on the forum and both converters (mine and the B3603) seem to use the same logic board.
I have been thinking of extending the connection by 5 to 10cm so i can mount the logic board on the frontpanel and leave the rest tucked inside the enclosure.
All the analog signals that are responsible for the accuracy run through the connectors, now i am thinking, will it be a problem if i add a few cm of wire in between?
My plan is to simply etch two adapter boards and use a boxed headers, plugs and cable to extend it.
Greetings,
Peter
