TJA1053T CAN transceiver to UART

Hi, is it possible to read CAN messages coming from TJA1053T CAN transceiver with UART module?

Not really, you have variable lenght messages that are not the same as UART spec,

You would need something like a https://www.microchip.com/wwwproducts/en/en010406 to actually handle the translation (that chip is SPI, you would need a UART one,

Alternatively, just us an ELM327 module and be done with it?
