I have a different 30V10A digital display P.S., the Longwei K-3010D which is a smaller physical size SMPS and it isn't a bad supply for the money but I found that the supply I have does drift with time so if I set it to 15.0VDC with a load, a few minutes later it may have drifted to around 14.8VDC. Probably the one decimal point meters are more than adequate for the design of these cheaper supplies.
If you're just interested in what the current is at a moment in time, the suggestion of using a DMM inline with the output is a good way to go. If I want more resolution and stability I use a much better (and expensive) supply like this one.
