What automotive Chip is this (BFEAA IGD1100F) ?

I am looking for a datasheet of this automotive chip and can not find anything.
May be someone here can identify it?

Maybe not much help but i think it's from IK semicon:

They only have a handful of Automotive IC so it should be easy to narrow down, if it is an actual automtive rated part.
