Looking for Alcatel OEI-3601005-0A00A01 information/datasheet

Hi guys, i have an old Rectifier 48V 12A used in telecom, this come with an 15+2 Pins connector. Someone have the pinout info of this rect?

Its an Alcatel OEI-3601005-0A00A01 i searched google without luck :/

i just found +12 in pin 1, 7 and 9 and 0,4 in pin 13.
