Siglent SDS1104X-C Chinese only version of SDS1104X-E?

Hi, I spent some time in China and bought a Siglent SDS1104X-C. I noticed that it is Chinese only and also the customer service told me there is only Chinese.
I got it for a good price and thought I can fix that somehow in the future. But there is nothing about this in the whole WWW. The Firmware page for the C model on the Chinese Siglent website also only has a few old firmware versions available for download. I wonder if there is a way to make it an E version. I didn't open it yet, but I think the E and the C version are the same.
