Problem with write Atmega64 (Tl866ii plus)

Hello guys I am new in this website, I have problem with flash atmega64a a use ISCP connection Programmer cant read chipID. When I unclick option "check ID" I can read the chip. I try 100times different options but nothing I cant write the chip same error code.

Lock bits?



You said you could read the device but you didn't give an example of the output.  If it was all 0xff, it may be that the memory is locked from external access.

The only way to resolve lock bits which prevent reading/writing flash is to do a complete chip erase.

Does that 'ICSP_VCC Enable' check box mean anything?

Have you ever programmed this chip?  Is it new or recovered from something.  Most commercial products will have the flash read/write protected.

Yes you have truth I mean chip atmega64 in circuit (x-prog) clone. Chip is erased probably complete, I set lock bits low byte boolevel=0, boden=0,suto=0, high byte: spien=0, ckopt=0,bootsz1=0,bootrst=0. And Lock bit byte LB=0 lb1=0.  It is correct? Thanks
