Protective earth clearance/creepage distance

Hi,

I am working with 'new' safety standard IEC-62368.
I don't know if protective earth is classed ES1 (energy source class 1) as it is typically accessible by the end user. Or maybe it has no predefined class and creepage and clearance distances relative to earth must be solely computed from voltages.
