Blue tooth to NFC

I need to create a circuit that can receive information through bluetooth and write it to a NFC chip, any tips on where to begin?

This months Elektor has a NFC Project in it.

They use a NXP Chip that has I2C that is connected to an Atmel Microcontroller.
So you can read and write the tag via I2C then connect bluetooth via I2C to that chip and that should do what you want.
