Expensive new (try Farnell or RS)
They alway go for a packet on ebay  :(

Bought some recently CPC, part of Farnell, were the cheapest.

I use CK branded snipe nose pliers that are decent for not too much £££'s.
As others have said though if you really torque them it's heavier duty pliers you will need.
I use mine for general electronics work and they are ideal. For bending or pulling wires through or gripping small nuts and bolts or things like that they handle it no problem at all but if I were to get both hands on them and really heave them I feel they would give up.
I actually bought the bent nose ones first and was happy enough with them to go on and buy the straight nose set too. For heavier work I use Japans Engineer branded pliers which are also great.

Also check Hozan (E.g.: https://www.hozan.co.jp/E/catalog/tools/index.html ) I try to get Hozan or Engineer when I can. Hozan should be a bit cheaper.

You will never regret this choice!

I would vote for Bahco (and Lindstrom). For really small work (replacing tweezers) - Lindstrom, they're somewhat flexible (soft handles). For real hard grip - Bahco 2430G (https://www.bahco.com/ru-ru/p/snipe-nose-pliers-longhard-steel-wire/c1-3e-d0-93-2c-a6-24-ea-c1-66-f8-93-07-02-5c-ab/) - these are real strong pliers for small work, can get hold on everything and are very sturdy.
Knipex is somewhere in between these two. Chrome finished ones are not holding as good as Bahco nor small enough like Lindstrom. And they do get cracks on the edges with some hard work...
