hmm.. could i suggest my high old school books? (in italian of course) I also come from an ITIS (Perito in Elettrotecnica ed Automazione)
I remember them being very well done, with detailed graphs and drawings.. but it carefully avoided derivatives and integrals as they were the absolute last subject in the math course (second semester of final year)

Yea, I wish I kept my books from school. i liked the electronics manual that they lent us so much that I bought one even if it is in Italian

You can also try "Alternating Current Machines" by M. G. Say.

Olivieri Ravelli, Elettrotecnica (per Elettrotecnica ed Automazione) Vol. 2

book is from '96, it lacks a lot of information about BLDC and inverters in general ("static converters")
back in 2008-2010 when i was studying they still were a novelty, though..
The book is still highly regarded, well written.

Some of the best ones out there are the ones my professor's PROFESSORS used!  Yes, that goes WAY back.  There's one by C. P. Steinmetz, in fact, that is quite good.  But, I'm not loaning that one out to ANYBODY.

If you're fine with some very old ones (a lot has changed since, but electrons are still electrons...) then take a look on archive.org . Here's some examples

I would put that book in a nice display frame, and proudly hang it on my office wall.

The Steinmetz books appear to be out of copyright and are available online.
I found one here:  https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/001616990
