Hi everyone

My part time repair business has me look at CRT monitors and I'd like to apply silicon fixation between the tube pins and neckboard.  Was using Dow Corning 738 but it's priced to infinity and out of stock all the time.
Needs to be mostly firm but not cement like in curing as it will need to be cut through maybe once more for the next service tech.  Ideally to be stocked in Australia but I order from Digikey all the time.  I would prefer a non-caulking gun product so I can store the tube in a drawer.

Secondly I need to apply vibration support to capacitors in high frequency output stages, studied rationale is helps reduce cracked joints over time.  Hot glue from factory is a concern for me as something like a Mac Plus doesn't have a fan, said caps are at the top of the case so the most heat.  I see videos where a resin-y product is dispensed for a variety of reasons but never quite caught the best one to buy
