Sorry, what is it you’re trying to fix?

“Sanda” isn’t an electronics-related word, and “token” in the title makes no sense.

The link is for a BNC plug to go on a cable. To attach that, you need the appropriate crimp tool. And the plug needs to CLOSELY fit the cable, and the crimp tool needs to match that specific connector type.

If it’s the plug on the probe, whether you can replace it at all depends on where the compensation trimmer is; if it’s in the plug, forget it. (Rigolhas had a few probe models. On mine, the trimmer is in the handle, but I don’t know where the others have it.)

In any case, buying a crimp tool, even a cheap one, costs more than a new probe.

In that case, no, that plug won’t work. It’s for RG58, which is substantially larger coax than the probe lead. Look for a plug designed for RG174, that’ll be a lot closer in dimensions.

The center conductor of the scope probe wire is extremely thin, much thinner than normal thin coax, so you may need to fold it over a few times to crimp, if you’re crimping the center conductor. I also don’t know whether the center conductor wire is solderable or not. (It’s some kind of resistance wire, not copper.)
