Hello everyone,
I recently found a Chinese brand Xtar claims their charges can revive 0 voltage batteries. But I really doubt, I know maybe they can charge the dead batteries with a couple ma and the dead batteries will have some voltage levels. But the capacity and esr will be awful either.
Does anyone has chargers with same kind claims? And I really want get some advice cause I have bunch dead batteries 😂

0v cells won't be worth dicking about with, just put into the battery recycling.

1._v I have a few that have been brought back to live helpful lives for low current purposes.

Anyway, any TP4056 (assuming we are talking about Li-Ion, not LiFePo4) will do the job, it's nothing special, just set it's current low, do it in a safe place, monitor to make sure it takes a charge, and then see how it looks for self discharge and capacity.
