Title: Values needed for 15A 110v RC network

What resistor and wattage rating is needed for connecting this to 110v 15A outlet, and what capacitor should be used? Do I just use Ohm's law to get the resistor value (=7.3Ω)? and the wattage rating, V x I (1650W?)? (or even just open ended without the inductor) (https://i.imgur.com/Zo2ZDnR.jpg)
