Resistor help

I have a board that has a resistor marked 4R70 it measures 2.22mm long. Is this 4.7 ohms? What case code is that size?

It can be 0805 4.7 ohm. You may refer to the first table in this link:

It’s on a LAMBDA Power supply

Measure the width of the chip cap, so that you have at least one dimension whose length is not affected by the thickness of the solder joints.

They are 0805.
