The rectified signal which go through diode and a cap will goes into LDO, i am kind of wondering what is the different between these two placement of caps
schematic as follows,

thank you very much for response~ :)

If both C13 and C14 are ceramic capacitors it is not the best idea to connect them paralel because of resonance between their parasitic serial inductances.
If C14 is electrolytic capacitor it has bigger ESR (equivalent serial resistance) limiting this resonance quality factor.
You should place capacitors in the place to make the circuit in which you consider pulses as small as possible.
I suppose that C13 task was to filter out pulses going through D6 so that circuit area should be minimized and C14 task was to be a source for G1 so this circuit area should be minimized.

I would probably replaced C13 and C14 with one capacitor or added some impedance between them (like ferryte bead).

On a somewhat unrelated note: fix your grid. That's an accident waiting to happen.

Schematic grid. Firstly, it looks unproffesional. Secondly, it takes extra work for get Altium to connect stuff that is off grid. Thirdly, at some point in the future you're going to assume there's a connection on your schematic when there is none. Fourthly: Murphy is an asshole and will, without a doubt, expand on all of the above.
