Trying to build ESR meter

Well, here's the finished product... 

I added switch, power led, and input protection diodes 1N5408 . However, I think the diodes may be leaking, as the meter deflects to 1/3 of the scale when the leads are not connected. Will investigate. Also ordered the 20$ ESR meter thingy... I will probably be revisiting this one and replace the circuit with something entirely different some time in the future. In the mean time...
