SATA 5V Power What Commonn to Use?

Does it matter what common/ground I use on either side of the 5V wire, or should I use the common on the 3V side?

After testing, they are all shared grounds/commons, so it doesn't matter what common I use?

They all go to the same place, it makes no difference.
