Lol, well, WTF I'm actually trying to do is charge each cap equally. Maybe there's variation in caps so they dont all charge at same rate? How would I compare capacitor charge levels in order to know whether to bypass or not?
It's a rectified sine wave, and I don't think the value matters much, so just choose any arbitrary V that you'd like. Let's use 30V, if that works for you then it works for me. It's more or less a dummy cct to help me gain an understanding so don't read too much into it.. Use any capacitor rating or FETs you'd like, how would I compare 2 caps to each other to do step B... We could do a 30V DC source next, I just wanted to learn about a rectified signal as its something I'm not super familiar with though see quite often.. The jyst is.. Compare 2 caps, carry out a procedure accordingly...in this instance step B is bypassing the cap that has a higher V...
