Title: Service Manuals

where is a good place to find service manuals? i mean i can find the standard user manuals online but not service manuals. Thank you much for your time and responses.

service manuals of what ?
agilent has most of them online
there is BAMA (boat anchor manual archive)
there is kurts manuals
andmany more

if you are after 'consumer stuff' ... good luck !

Thanks FreeElec. Naw not so much after consumer stuff, just fooling around and might need a service manual here and there. Thanks and ill be sure to write those resources down for future reference :)

Oh im a tad slow. And i needed service manuals for laptops and netbooks of all sorts. Pretty much thats it

You can usually find them on the website of the manufacturer in the case of brand-name business laptops (like those from Dell, HP and Lenovo). Service documentation tends to be less available for the cheap consumer stuff that no one bothers to repair. You can sometimes find them on third-party websites. Two sites I've seen mentioned on several occasions are Elektro Tanya (http://elektrotanya.com/) and e-service info (http://www.eserviceinfo.com/).
