Should I connect the RF connector ground to the case ?

So I'm beginning to prepare a case for my LimeSDR, I chose just a simple aluminum extruded one and have few questions about grounding. I assume the case itself should be grounded to the USB ground but for the faceplate with connectors is it better to have something like

(so just PCB with holes), or just drill holes in metal faceplate and have the connector's ground connected to the chassis ?
