4 pin PCB right angle fan header

I am looking for PCB right angle headers that can accept 4 pin PC fans.  The key tab is 3 pins wide and is offset to one side, so that it can accept 3 pin fans also.  Do they exist and where can I get them?

do you want thru hole or surface mount. This might do if you notch out the plastic,this one is thru hole.

Trimming the tab as you suggested on a regular 4 pin might work for now, since I am only at the prototyping stage.  Hopefully, I can find some proper ones, if this project ever goes into production.
