Show output from a vU meter on a 10 Segment Led Bargraph
« on: May 30, 2019, 12:31:53 am »
I am using this simple 555 timer circuit to measure ESR. Please see schematic attachments.
It does a great job and shows great on the small vU meter.
I would like to use a 10 Segment Led Bargraph https://tinyurl.com/y44sdudd to show the measurement.
I would like to use and Arduino to look at the current/voltage and drive the Leds with it based on the current/voltage measurements.
I know there is small current at the Meter. I all son know i will need to drive the LEDS with 3v> <5.
I am not sure about an op amp or something to boost the signal or a different solution.

Thanks for your help and guidance.

Here, I will let you pick your flavor.
Couldn't be bothered to check the input voltage levels required.
