I said it.
Sick and tired of TL866 II Plus sucks balls of a horse.
Cannot program 99% of chips on board. Have to desolder chips which is bunch of BS.
Any other programmer thats can help ?
I mean that one was not cheap as it is.

TL, t48, t56 are all relatively inexpensive programmers with their flaws and pluses, relatively because with all the adapters price could run up close to a grand.
UFPI is a better programmer, but the price for unit itself is out there comparable to t56 with all adapters. But functionality, chip support and bug free operation is up there, close to the perfect line. In fact, when it comes to tv repair for example, t48 supports many chips and you read them, and you have problems with keys, because xgecu does not know how to work with keys. Same chips are read and written normally with ufpi, it knows how to work with keys. https://UFPI.pro

UFPI is a better programmer,
Only one (or two) problems - OP can't buy it (they resides in Russia) and even OP will buy it (via Kazakhstan, for example) they can't send programmer to US.

no universal programmer is truly universal, you'll always have some parts they don't do ...
some brand use pay per special parts / free for many ... xeltek in the newest models
elnec expensives adapters
tnm7000 somewhat expensive, Car model exist for ecu's etc ... but very low cost adapters
Galep expensive, more obscur mcu's but kinda limited
SVOD expensive
Mcu mall G-Q4X
list goes on and on, many are only good for all avr / eeprom / flash memory / yada yada but end quickly for any specialized mcu
i'm happy with an tl866cs, going win an elnec beeprog + (eol in softwares) need to go higher too .. many asp, icsp, avr, microchip tools, stm32 tools
a full drawer of many programmers, and still not enough
rules of thumb, check all supported ic's list, before purchasing ...

Not always the case, as with xgecu t48 and t56. Chip is on the list but it works with it incorrectly.
Best way is to check out specific forums, like notebok repair, or tv repair, or cell phone repair, and see what they using and how they speak about what they using. But the chip is on the list and is supported.
xgecu t48, newer version of tl supposedly good on paper, but in practice not so good in some instances. For TV repair, forget it, for example. Your compentition that has better programmer will blow you out of the water if you use t56 and they have ufpi. They will be able to do certain things, like changing eemc, and you only in some instances. Imagine time lost and jobs not done, it adds up quick.

Can't you open up a bank account in Armenia or Kazakstan or something, or pay with crypto? If you do some moving you'd get access to it. It's literally no problem.

I wonder what has led you to the idea that you can program random chips in-circuit with it?! ::)
It has never been advertised as having such capability. It is a programmer where you are supposed to put the IC in the socket and program it there - or use the ISP programming port for those that support it (some MCUs, for ex).
Otherwise unless the circuit around the IC has been explicitly designed to allow in-circuit programming, it can't even work to begin with, regardless of what kind of fancy programmer you have. Yes, there are programmers that allow to program e.g. flash memories by clipping a programming clip over them - and the results are hit and miss, depending on the hardware the chip sits in and whether it happens to interfere with the programming or not.
And speaking of TL866 II - unless you have bought it years ago just after it was released, you have a 100% fake one. The manufacturer has retired and stopped supporting it because it has been widely copied. The XGecu line is the replacement.

TL866 has never been useless for me. (except for unsupported ones)
He is right, it is absolutely impossible to do incircuit with a parallel.
With serial, it is possible, depending on the design.
The only major drawback of the xgecu programmer is the undocumented protocol.

the UFPI one is restricted ... you absolutely need to register ... and the biggest fully activated model / Black is expensive
i did not saw any device list ... sent a request for it, and see if they would sell to Canada ? well see
As written Icsp mode, jtag mode, swd mode etc .... is the ones you need, no parallel mode will work
Not to be confused with some spi eeprom (8 pins) who can be programmed on board with soic clips, if the main system is held in reset, and the eeprom write lines are not physically / directly shorted out to vcc or ground ...
never tried bigger memories with clips as seen on some tube videos ...
yes some companies have specific communication protocols ...
old Hitachi, Renesas, Freescale, Nec ... programming is sometimes not easy
and i second @janoc answers i have an original tl866cs, but now no fw or sw update past 6.85

If you mean you cant use IC clips to program in-place Why is it BS? When doing so you either be competing and interferring with live signals the IC gets from other parts of the circuit if the board is powered on, or you will be driving hard the other components connected to that IC, risking damaging them, and have to supply all the power to the entire board from the programmer.

Most cases there is other parts in board same power rail and when chip is powered so are other parts and read/write is not workking.
There is nothing wrong with programmer.
I own G540 and T48 .
