Title: Simple curve tracer Inspired by the Dirt Cheap thread below

I am sure it has dawned on many here that a FUNCTION GENERATOR makes a great supply for a simple curve tracer circuit layed out after any of the many options under the "Octopus" banner.

My BK4017 provides many useful functions like freq. voltage, sine, square or saw tooth wave shape etc. 

Perhaps too obvious to mention... 

but hey,  I'm new at this ;-)
