Hello,

What websites/references would you recommend using for decoding the marking code of an SMD component?

These are some websites you can try:
AllTransistors: alltransistors.com
ChipDocs: www.datasheetarchive.com
SMD Code Book: www.s-manuals.com/smd

Another: https://smd.yooneed.one/

If you can identify the logo, often the makers site is a resource as well.

I have used the websites you mentioned with many other websites and code books. None of them was adequate.

Concerning the IC manufacturer logo, it should be useful if it is available. Unfortunately, most of the components with SOT and SOD packages don’t have the logo printed on them, which is understandable.
