Hi everyone, I am looking for a 60-pin connector that can be plugged and unplugged to connect point A to point B. Intuitively, I think to make it take minimal space, it has to be circular but I am open to other options (D-Sub connector, socket connector, etc).
It has to fit in tight spot (12mm). I would also like it to be extensible by making a chain of cables made from these connectors. To illustrate this, please look at the following (here point A and B are source and target):
Cable made of such connectors:
A---female <- male-----------------------------------female <- male-----------------------------------female <- male---
BAnother bonus would be if such cables are readily available and hopefully affordable. (I saw some military grade ones like D38999
https://www.ittcannon.com/Core/medialibrary/ITTCannon/website/Literature/Catalogs-Brochures/MILDTL-38999-fullcatalog.pdf which I think are not commercially widely available and are huge anyway. (Thanks to @rob77 for 4th post below)
I like the individual wires in these 60 wires to be very thin.
Thank you for your suggestions!
