SMD component ST BET identify

I try to repair HIAB wireless controller charger unit.
I found burnt fuse and shorted component near to power connector.

Google didnt help and AI told it is zener diode but i think it is some kinda overvoltage protector?.

I donno why i cant find any information ab. That part.
Other TVS datasheets i figured out it is STMicroelectonics BET DO-214AB

So i think i chance it to some TVS 32v?

Charger unit operating voltage is 12 to 24v.
What kind TVS is used in lorry trucks?
